Boosting immune system using turmeric powder


  1. Organic turmeric powder - 8 tbsp
  2. .Whole black pepper- 2 tbsp
  3. Fennel seeds - 6 tbsp
  4. Cumin seeds- 4 tbsp
  5. Coriander seeds- 4 tbsp
  6. Green cardamom seeds - 2 tbsp
  7. Dry ginger root powder- 2 tbsp
  8. Clove - 1 tbsp
  9. Cinnamon powder- 1 tbsp


  1. Warm up the heavy bottom pan on low heat. On a low heat, dry roast all ingredients except turmeric and ginger powder..
  2. Keep stirring them till they get warm and release the aroma. Turn off the heat.
  3. Remove the ingredients on a dry plate and let them cool completely. Once they are completely cooled, grind them into a fine powder.
  4. Mix in turmeric and dry ginger root powder.
  5. Mix everything well and store it in an airtight glass jar.


  1. Use this remedy thrice in a week
